I had a great experience with this auto shop, especially as someone that just moved to the area. From the beginning, they were honest, professional, and transparent about the work my car needed. They took the time to explain everything clearly, provided upfront pricing with no surprises, and never tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. I really appreciate their integrity, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repair!

After my parents cars and my car were vandalized, we were honestly stressed about how everything would turn out. Thankfully we brought them to Handcraft Auto Body, and they completely exceeded our expectations. When we got the cars back, they looked brand new like literally clean as a whistle. You would never know anything had happened to them. The attention to detail and quality of the work was amazing. This also wasn’t my first time here. I actually came here years ago after an accident, and just like back then, they did not disappoint at all. It’s rare to find a shop that stays this consistent with their work and professionalism these days. My dad even personally commended Mit’s work because the job was done so well. The whole team clearly takes pride in what they do and treats customers with care. If you want your car repaired the right way, I highly recommend Handcraft Auto Body. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!

GREAT WORK man! I mean seriously, the services here left me so impressed. My car was honestly ruined beyond recognition. Once I came back to pick it up, I didn't even recognize it was my car. I literally said, "Wow that car is nice. I want a car like that". Then realized it was actually my car I was looking at! (LOL). That's how great the services were. Not only was the collision work immaculate, but Handcraft also detailed the inside (smelled wonderful) and outside of my car. It was as if I just bought a BRAND NEW vehicle right off the lot. I would give a perfect 10/10 and definitely recommend their services to ANYONE. Thanks again!!

I had a car accident and trusted Handcraft Auto Body with my car and the other vehicle involved. From start to finish, they were amazing. They worked directly with our insurance companies and made the whole process completely stress-free. The quality of their work is outstanding—they completely removed every dent and scratch, and the paint job is flawless, like the car is brand new. When I picked it up, the car was spotless inside and out, shining as if it just came from the showroom. The shop itself is incredibly clean and organized, and the workers are friendly, professional, and very helpful. They explained everything clearly and treated me like family. I am so happy I chose Handcraft Auto Body. My friends and family also bring their cars here because the service is fast, honest, and simply the best. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants top-quality work and a smooth, worry-free experience.

This review is long overdue. My airbag was stolen, and to top it off.I was hit rear-ended nearly 2 days apart. I know, just luck, right ? But I remember ab old friend of mine who works in a bodyshop .She was the receptionist there named Maria and she told their like All-state and that I'm in good hands. The pictures speak volumes .I can't be more satisfied with their work.
